Please read these terms carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using "Clock Widget+" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

The developer of "Clock Widget+" reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Use of the App

  • You may use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Use.
  • You may not use the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or breaches these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the developer. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission.

5. Data Storage and Sharing

"Clock Widget+" does not collect any user data.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Payments, cancellations and renewals

Payments are not managed directly by Clock Widget+ but through Apple App Store. If you would like a refund for the app PREMIUM version, it should be managed directly through the App Store process provided by Apple. If you purchase Clock Widget+ Premium, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account. If you purchase a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, your account will automatically be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period unless you disable auto-renew. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. After a cancellation of the subscription to Clock Widget+ Premium, you will lose access to the content and features that was unlocked by the subscription and are available only for PREMIUM users at the end of the last subscription period. You will earn the condition of free user again, with the same available content that all free users enjoy.

10. Apple Standard Terms of Use

If you downloaded or accessed Clock Widget+ through the Apple App Store, you have to agree to Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA).
